This is the first time I have used Chem Dry for my apartment. Matt, the service tech, called in advance to verify his arrival time.
When he arrived, he was polite and professional. Matt went over Chem-Dry services, time frame, cost and special needs. Matt did a wonderful job. I expect to use Chem Dry again for my semi=annual cleaning.
